Meet The Team
At Digital Logic we believe in integrity, honesty, and transparency. We are a data-driven team that focuses on quality work and personal accountability. We take great pride in client performance and building long-term partnerships.
VP, Business Development
With over 15 years of experience in full-funnel marketing, Tessa has worked with national brands like Sears Home Pro and Furniture Row to develop multi-market strategies to drive revenue. However, Tessa’s love of marketing is rooted in local businesses that serve local communities. While at work, she likes to encourage her fellow employees to eat Joey’s snacks. In her free time, you’ll find her kayaking at the lake, enjoying her family, and building pivot tables. Weird, we know.
VP, Client Delivery
Lauryn has degrees in Business and Marketing from Louisiana State University in Shreveport. She spent 5 years in management with the fortune 500 juggernaut Dillards before being recruited to Digital Logic. In her spare time, she’s a jewelry making machine so feel free to buy her handmade jewelry. After long nights of making jewelry, Lauryn enjoys leaving behind a trail of glitter everywhere she goes.
After earning a CIS degree from Louisiana Tech University, Joey spent 10 years in the IT department at a Fortune 120 company. He leads web development at Digital Logic and offers a plethora of dad jokes and witty one-liners. While at work, Joey likes to enjoy snacks, whistle the same note over and over and over again, and work on his dadbod. In his free time, he enjoys dunking on his kids in the driveway and herding a bunch of 5/6 year olds, although some call it coaching t-ball. He currently has the highest free throw percentage in the office.
VP, Client Services
Ryan leads the digital marketing, campaign management and analytics team at Digital Logic. Ryan has managed several millions of dollars in online advertising strategy and placement for clients. Ryan holds a BA in Economics and a minor in Business Administration from Centenary College of Louisiana where he also played baseball. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys relaxing, being around friends & family, wearing jogger pants and fishing shirts. Currently, he’s never been fishing.
Founder & CEO
Seth is the founder and CEO of Digital Logic and helps drives Digital Logic’s clients’ digital marketing strategy. Since 2004, Seth has consulted, managed and driven strategy on over $400M in online advertising spend. Seth was the 7th employee of online marketing company ReachLocal in 2004 and helped grow the business from 7 people to 2,500 with an IPO on NASDAQ in 2010. Seth holds a B.S. from Centenary College of Louisiana where he played baseball – better than Ryan he claims. One time, during a game in Switzerland, he was hit by a pitch because he hits dingers so he charged the mound. He’s not proud of it.
Graphic Designer & Web Developer
Kyle earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts & Graphic Design from Louisiana Tech University. Kyle handles all things graphic design and some things web development. Both of his friends tell him he likes to paint the internet. In his free time, he enjoys eating 2 lunches, drinking purple protein shakes, deadlifting his Kia, walking on his hands in the parking lot, and flooding the office bathroom. He is also a self-proclaimed “lover of substances.” Make of that what you will.
Account Manager & Content Strategist
Kristyn (not to be confused with Taylor Swift) graduated Magna Cum Laude from Louisiana Tech University with a degree in Communication and Media Studies. She is a self-published poet, and in her free time, she enjoys hunting male cougars, adding to her long list of Victory Royales, and listening to positive affirmations ASMR-style. She is also in the Guinness Book of World Records for being the youngest crazy cat lady in the continental United States.
Sarah graduated from Centenary College of Louisiana in 2020 with a degree in English and a minor in Political Science. She enjoys doing yoga, writing for her blog, reading psychological thrillers, stealing Joey’s snacks, watching The Office on repeat, dragging her feet when she walks and wandering around Whole Foods like a 4 year old at Disney. She hopes to follow her grandmother’s foot steps by writing and publishing multiple books. She also wants to become a trained yoga teacher and adopt a pet with her husband one day. Not adopt a pet husband.
Jarred graduated in 3 years from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Entrepreneurship. He worked in injection molding & manufacturing for 8 years doing marketing and operations and spent 10 years marketing single-point local businesses. Jarred is also a graphic designer that helped Toyota Motors with grass roots events and branding campaigns. When he’s not working, he likes to channel his inner Steve Jobs by only wearing black clothes and talking about his Tesla. Just kidding, he does that at work, too. Hashtag blessed. Fun fact – Jarred’s parents lived in White Horse, PA and drove all the way to Lancaster, PA to have him instead of driving to Blue Ball, PA because “Bad Decision Bob”, like every red-blooded American male, didn’t want Blue Ball on his son’s birth certificate. Instead, he went through Intercourse to have him, because duh.
Matt has worked in the newspaper industry for 27 years growing the digital space for clients all over the country. After seeing the industry shrink over the years, he looked to join a digital powerhouse and landed with us at Digital Logic.
Lex graduated from LSU Baton Rouge with a degree in Political Science. Lex is curious by nature (not naughty by nature) and Digital Logic allows her to use her love of learning and research combined with communication skills to affect real business outcomes for clients. She once worked as a video game tester for EA Games – read, played X-Box in her friend’s basement while eating Hot Pockets and calling it a job. In her free time, she enjoys gaming, practicing voice impressions, and bothering her one-eyed cats, Peaches and Winky. Get it, Winky? Nevermind.
Bonnie earned her badge after running full speed at the UPS man and catching the front door with her face. She likes the feeling of cold concrete on her belly, and doesn’t get mad when you lie to her, just disappointed. If she had one, she’d probably keep peppermints in her purse and sell daisy chains on Etsy. Bonnie typically tries to use expired coupons but wants to talk to the manager anyway. She also has an uncanny ability to pass gas while looking completely innocent. Her favorite TV show is Paw Patrol.
